Individual & Family Enrichment Programs.

We believe in developing authentic and positive relationships that encourage growth and elevated life transformations.

What we do…

Art Therapy

This program promotes healing and mental wellness through creative expression. As well as developing self-awareness and improving social skills, this program helps clients cope with stress. By participating, clients gain self-esteem and discover their creative side.

Meditation / Relaxation Therapy

In this class, participants learn how to focus and calm themselves in times of daily distraction. With the aid of sound therapy and relaxation techniques, our clients are taught proper breathing exercises which reduces stress.

Traumatic Yoga Treatment

In this trauma-informed yoga class, our clients will gain a sense of wellness while enjoying gentle movements that help regulate organs and promote positivity inside.

Walking / Running Therapy

This program uses regular exercise as a method of treatment. As participants become physically fit and socially interact with others, they will experience less stress and feel better.
